Thompson & Litton is seeking a Project Manager β Architecture to lead projects from kickoff through completion. This role is focused on project leadership, client relationships, team coordination, budgets, schedules, and successful project delivery, with less emphasis on day-to-day design production.
What You'll Do
- Lead Project Delivery: Oversee project scope, schedules, budgets, contracts, and deliverables throughout all phases of a project.
- Build Client Relationships: Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, understand their needs, and help develop long-term partnerships.
- Coordinate Multidisciplinary Teams: Bring together architects, engineers, surveyors, consultants, and contractors to keep projects moving forward.
- Manage Project Performance: Monitor budgets, schedules, and overall project performance while addressing challenges and keeping teams aligned.
- Guide the Team: Provide direction and support to project teams while helping ensure projects meet client expectations and T&L's standards.
What You'll Bring
- 8β10+ years of project management experience in architecture, engineering, or construction.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience managing project budgets, contracts, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
- Registered Architect (RA), PMP, LEED AP, or other industry-recognized credentials are a plus.
