Position Summary
The Project Manager is a hands-on leader who turns ideas into action by guiding projects from planning through completion with excellence.
This role requires demonstrated experience in new product development and/or software development project management, along with the ability to manage cross-functional projects involving systems, operations, marketing, and process improvements. The Project Manager must be able to keep multiple priorities moving, surface roadblocks early, and collaborate with stakeholders and leadership to drive projects to successful completion.
As a key cross-departmental connector, the Project Manager keeps timelines, tasks, and stakeholders aligned while fostering accountability, collaboration, and cultural alignment. Success in this role is about more than delivering projects on time. It is about reinforcing company values and ensuring that how results are achieved matters just as much as what is achieved.
This role requires a confident, proactive leader who is comfortable making decisions and driving progress at all levels of the organization, including with senior leadership. The Project Manager is not simply a coordinator, but an owner of outcomes, responsible for clarifying direction when ambiguity exists, making informed decisions to keep projects moving, and holding stakeholders accountable to commitments and timelines. This individual must be willing to ask hard questions, address misalignment directly, and ensure that priorities translate into execution. Success in this role means taking full ownership of results, not waiting for direction, and leading with both influence and accountability across teams and at all levels.
