Accountabilities
- Provide operations support for fiscal planning and variable compensation.
- Assist in reporting, business insights, and analysis.
- Conduct forecasting and pipeline analytics.
- Validate Salesforce (SFDC) data for accuracy.
- Review monthly variable compensation information.
- Analyze data, make improvement recommendations, and ensure compliance.
- Support budgetary and performance metrics management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales operations role, preferably in technology.
- Strong time management and project management abilities.
- High analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with territory management and fiscal planning.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Salesforce CRM.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience.
