Remote Customer Service & Admin Representative
Simply Lawn Care Services is looking for a full-time remote customer service and admin representative to help support our growing office team.
This role is customer-facing and fast-paced. You will be handling inbound & outbound calls, replying to emails and texts, scheduling estimates, entering customer information into our CRM, assisting with estimate preparation, and helping keep the office organized day-to-day.
You will be working directly under our Office Manager and will play a major role in our customer experience.
We are NOT looking for someone brand new to remote work. We are specifically looking for someone who already has experience working remotely, speaking with customers, and using CRMs/admin systems daily.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound customer calls
- Reply to emails and text messages
- Schedule estimates and service visits
- Enter and update customer information in CRM
- Assist with estimate preparation and follow-up
- Handle basic customer questions and scheduling requests
- Escalate higher-level customer issues when needed
- Maintain fast response times during business hours
Requirements:
- Fluent English with strong verbal communication skills
- Previous remote customer service/admin experience
- Comfortable speaking with American customers on the phone
- Experience using CRMs and office/admin software
- Strong organization and multitasking skills
- Quiet workspace and professional work environment
- Reliable high-speed internet
- Quality headset and webcam
- Available during normal EST business hours
Preferred:
- Experience working with home service companies (landscaping, HVAC, plumbing, cleaning, etc.)
- Previous phone-heavy customer service experience
