As a Project Manager II, you'll work alongside technical specialists on customer-facing deployments, building your project management foundation while contributing directly to outcomes that matter in regulated, high-stakes environments. • Lead customer meetings with the guidance and support of senior team members or management, building confidence and credibility with each engagement.
• Apply core project management concepts and standard documentation templates to keep projects organized, on track, and audit-ready.
• Resolve routine project issues by applying established company policies and practices, escalating appropriately when situations fall outside standard scope.
• Work through problems of limited scope using standard practices and procedures, developing sound judgment along the way.
• Partner with your manager, Team Lead, or colleagues to build accurate project forecasts and keep delivery timelines realistic.
• Execute assigned project tasks reliably, following detailed instructions while building toward greater autonomy.
• Stay focused on the work at hand while actively learning how other parts of the Waters business operate, setting the stage for future growth.

• BA/BS in computer science, life sciences, or a related field.
• Prior exposure to project coordination, customer-facing work, or NuGenesis technical delivery environments is a plus.
• Actively developing foundational knowledge of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).
• Strong customer-focused mindset with the ability to build stable, trusted relationships internally and externally.
• Comfortable working within structured environments and following established workflows.
• Clear, professional communication skills, including in remote and cross-functional settings.
• Eagerness to learn quickly and grow into greater project ownership over time.
