We are looking for a knowledgeable Payroll Analyst to support and assist with ensuring efficient and accurate employee data and payroll data administration and reporting in a timely manner.
Duties

Assist with the preparation of new employee onboarding as it relates to payroll

Assist with the processing of weekly payroll batches as needed

Run internal audits to ensure accuracy of data and records

Assist with employee transfers, position changes and location updates

Help to maintain and reconcile employee records in HRIS including but not limited to new hires, terminations, benefits and other changes

Assist with creating and analyzing of payroll reports and data extracts
Communicate with other departments regarding status changes and updates
Ensure FRHC compliance with federal / state/ local laws, and taxes
Garnishment processing
Any other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Payroll
- Experience in the health care field
Working Conditions
- The Payroll Analyst will spend 95% of their time in an office environment indoors.
- The usual business hours for this role will be Monday through Friday 8am-5pm
- This position will require travel as appropriate, approximately 5% of the time.
Direct Reports
This position will not have any direct supervision responsibility.
Pay Range: $60,000-$67,000 / Yr
