About the Role:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for the CIS Virtual Care Center (VCC), managing a multi-line switchboard
  • Handle incoming calls, messages, and patient inquiries with accuracy and professionalism
  • Coordinate and schedule patient appointments using practice management software and clinic templates
  • Support virtual care operations by ensuring smooth communication between patients and clinical staff
  • Maintain accurate documentation within the medical record system

  • Maintain thorough and precise documentation to support high-quality patient care
  • Stay knowledgeable about VCC services and technology to assist callers effectively
  • Meet productivity and performance standards that support organizational goals
