About the Role:
- Serve as the first point of contact for the CIS Virtual Care Center (VCC), managing a multi-line switchboard
- Handle incoming calls, messages, and patient inquiries with accuracy and professionalism
- Coordinate and schedule patient appointments using practice management software and clinic templates
- Support virtual care operations by ensuring smooth communication between patients and clinical staff
- Maintain accurate documentation within the medical record system

- Provide clear communication and support to patients, enhancing their overall experience
- Accurately schedule appointments to optimize clinic efficiency and patient flow
- Respond effectively to urgent or emergency calls by connecting patients with appropriate clinical staff
- Maintain thorough and precise documentation to support high-quality patient care
- Stay knowledgeable about VCC services and technology to assist callers effectively
- Meet productivity and performance standards that support organizational goals
