Creator Pipeline & Coordination
⢠Research and vet influencer and creator candidates across Instagram and TikTok based on consultant-provided criteria
⢠Maintain and update a creator outreach tracker (status, contact information, niche, engagement rate, deliverables)
⢠Send outreach messages and follow-ups using approved templates
⢠Coordinate with confirmed creators, including brief distribution, shipping logistics, post scheduling, and deliverable tracking
⢠Collect live post links and record performance metrics on a daily basis
Social Media Management (Brand Accounts)
⢠Manage the companyâs Instagram and TikTok accounts on a daily basis
⢠Schedule and publish content, including creator reposts, product education content, and launch countdown posts
⢠Write captions aligned with approved messaging guidelines, with consultant review when required
⢠Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages using approved brand language
⢠Escalate high-priority messages, including press inquiries, investor interest, and purchase intent leads
Marketing Operations & Reporting
⢠Track and log daily performance metrics, including landing page conversion rates, email subscriber growth, Meta Ads performance, and creator engagement
⢠Maintain and update a centralized performance dashboard (Google Sheets or Notion)
⢠Identify and report anomalies, performance drops, and notable wins to the consultant proactively
⢠Support email marketing operations, including list uploads, segmentation tagging, and sequence quality assurance (QA)
⢠Organize and maintain all campaign assets in a shared drive (briefs, copy drafts, creatives, reports)
Crowdfunding Support
⢠Assist in formatting and uploading campaign content to the crowdfunding platform
⢠Support execution of the 48-hour launch coordination checklist as needed
