Be the Operational Backbone of a Statewide Safety Program

The Division of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) Compliance is looking for a highly organized and motivated Administrative Assistant 4 to provide critical administrative support to statewide leadership and staff across Washington.
This is far more than a traditional administrative role. You’ll serve as a trusted partner to executive leadership, coordinate high-level operational activities, manage sensitive and confidential information, support budget and travel processes, and help ensure statewide compliance operations function efficiently every day.

This position can be offered with a flexible schedule (4/10’s, 9/80’s, 5/8’s, etc.) once fully trained and approved by management. The assigned duty station is Tumwater, WA and will be required to work in office 1 day per week with the remainder of work days teleworking.
