As part of the Sales Support team, you will:

• Communicate with Italian-speaking customers and provide professional, solution-oriented support

• Build positive and long-lasting customer relationships
• Contribute to individual and team sales targets
• Keep customer information and activities accurately updated in internal systems
• Collaborate with an international team to deliver an excellent customer experience

What We're Looking For

• Fluent Italian, both spoken and written
• Good command of English for communication within the international team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, customer-focused and commercially minded approach
• Motivation to learn and develop within a sales environment
• Around 1 year of previous experience in sales or sales support is an advantage.
• Already based in Greece or willing to relocate
