We are seeking an experienced EHR Business Intelligence Analyst to support a complex healthcare technology initiative. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Epic reporting technologies, SQL, healthcare data, and business intelligence tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop healthcare reports, dashboards, and analytics.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries.
- Build dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
- Work with Epic data/reporting tools such as Clarity, Caboodle, and Cogito.
- Gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Support data validation, testing, and reporting improvements.
- Collaborate with technical, business, and healthcare stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of relevant healthcare IT, EHR, analytics, or BI experience.
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience with Epic reporting/data environments.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Preferred: Epic Clarity, Caboodle, Cogito, Radar, Reporting Workbench, or SlicerDicer experience/certification.
This is a remote position.
Compensation: $60.00 - $75.00 per hour
