About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met effectively. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle various customer inquiries with professionalism.



Duties

  • Engage in outbound calling to follow up with clients and address their concerns.
  • Provide excellent client services by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Utilize Zendesk, Shopify, and Microsoft Teams to manage customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Demonstrate strong phone etiquette while communicating with customers.
  • Analyze customer feedback and provide insights for service improvement.
  • Effectively communicate product information and assist customers in making informed decisions.
  • Type accurately while documenting customer interactions and updating databases.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance overall service delivery.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues, providing customers with resources to empower them to find solutions independently.
  • May handle inbound sales opportunities by educating customers on products and confidently guiding them toward purchasing decisions.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities while ensuring customers feel supported and informed.
  • Maintain strong organization and follow-up practices with active leads and customer inquiries.



Experience

  • Over 5+ years in Customer Service phone, email, and chat Roles
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong ability to build rapport and create positive customer experiences while maintaining sales confidence.
  • Experience with Zendesk, Shopify, and Microsoft Teams is highly preferred.
  • Inbound sales experience is a plus, with the ability to confidently close sales and recommend solutions based on customer needs.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills with a knack for delivering clear and kind responses.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a track record of innovative thinking.
  • Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and resourcefulness.
  • Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and quality assurance.
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude that fosters inclusivity and collaboration.
  • Confidence in company policies and procedures, contributing to efficient and effective work.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities and a willingness to go above and beyond.
