Job Description:

As a Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our company. You will be responsible for coordinating drivers, managing bookkeeping tasks, handling accounts payable and receivable, communicating with customers, providing quotes, and ensuring timely fulfilment of orders. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and schedule drivers for timely delivery of orders

- Manage bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and receivable

- Communicate with customers to provide quotes and address any inquiries or concerns

- Ensure timely fulfilment of orders and maintain accurate records of inventory

- Review and reconcile invoices of rentals versus customers' orders

- Utilize technology and software to streamline bookkeeping and administrative tasks

- Assist with social media management and graphic design projects

- Maintain a professional and positive attitude in a fast-paced environment

- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion

- Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed

Desired Experience & Qualification

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in bookkeeping and administrative roles

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills

- Proficient in technology and software, including Microsoft Office and accounting software

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Experience with social media management and graphic design is a plus

- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team player

- Must be able to handle high-pressure situations
