What you'll do:

  • Lead architectural services across multiple simultaneous projects, from preliminary design through construction administration.

  • Develop programming and design concepts of varying complexity, including site planning, building design, and interior space planning.

  • Produce and oversee full DD and CD sets, including floor plans, sections, elevations, permit sets, and contractor document packages.

  • Pick up and incorporate redlines into updated drawing sets.

  • Direct and supervise in-house Project Assistants in the production of construction documents.

  • Coordinate with consulting engineers to integrate their work and drawings into project deliverables.

  • Provide construction administration services including field inspections, drawing clarifications, shop drawing reviews, product approvals, and permitting coordination.

  • Manage project administration: financial budgets, contract development and negotiation, consultant contracting, and accounts payable approval.

  • Conduct meetings and presentations with clients, governmental agencies, and internal corporate divisions.

  • Represent Stiles Architectural Group professionally across all client and stakeholder interactions.

What you must have:

  • Proven experience managing architectural projects through full project lifecycle, including Construction Documents and Construction Administration.

  • Advanced English proficiency.

  • Strong working knowledge of Florida codes: zoning, building, life safety, and related regulations.

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit/BIM.

  • Solid understanding of construction methodologies, systems, and basic MEP systems.

  • Experience working on commercial projects.

  • Strong reasoning ability — combining logical and technical thinking with design practice, with deep knowledge of building component interrelationships.

  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
