• Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule, which includes administrative tasks and all sites involved in the project.
• Participation in Team Meetings
• Ensure coordination of the interfaces of office and field operations
• Daily Reports and TimeSheet Management - Collecting daily reports from each consultant in the field each day. Making sure the entire report is completed, adding a space on the report for pictures and JHA. Each week, compiling timesheets and submitting them to client and internal accounting
• Prepare and/or edit meeting minutes, presentations and tables
• Schedule deployment of team and communication
• File all project documents
• Manage the project budget
• General bookkeeping
• Administrative assistance to office and field teams
