⢠Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule, which includes administrative tasks and all sites involved in the project.
⢠Participation in Team Meetings
⢠Ensure coordination of the interfaces of office and field operations
⢠Daily Reports and TimeSheet Management - Collecting daily reports from each consultant in the field each day. Making sure the entire report is completed, adding a space on the report for pictures and JHA. Each week, compiling timesheets and submitting them to client and internal accounting
⢠Prepare and/or edit meeting minutes, presentations and tables
⢠Schedule deployment of team and communication
⢠File all project documents
⢠Manage the project budget
⢠General bookkeeping
⢠Administrative assistance to office and field teams
