As a Remote Benefits Representative, you'll:
Meet with members through scheduled Zoom and phone consultations
Build lasting relationships by understanding each client's unique needs
Present supplemental life and accident benefit solutions
Guide members through enrollment and policy applications
Conduct policy reviews and provide ongoing client support
Assist with beneficiary updates and claims guidance
Maintain accurate digital records while following company and regulatory guidelines
