Job Purpose
A Sales Technical Support Specialist plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between the sales team and the technical aspects of a company's products or services. Their main responsibility is to assist in the sales process by providing technical expertise, ensuring that customers understand the value and functionality of the products, and supporting sales teams with detailed product knowledge.
Experience
Professional experience in the role or similar: 1à3 years
Management experience: preferably in vending industry, horeca and/or equipment installation.
Highest Education Level*: High school or ITS (electronics or tecnical specialization)
