Position Summary:
As a Technical Recruiter at LRS Federal, you’ll play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and securing best-in-class professionals in design engineering and construction management for projects supporting a diverse range of federal agencies. This is a high-impact, high-velocity role—perfect for someone who loves the chase, understands the nuances of technical recruiting, and wants to see their work make a real-world difference nationwide.
What You’ll Do:
- Source, screen, and engage technical professionals (engineers, architects, construction managers, and related roles) for federal facility projects nationwide and abroad.
- Manage multiple searches at once, often under tight deadlines, for a variety of ongoing prime contracts with federal government clients.
- Build and nurture a robust pipeline of candidates, leveraging your extensive network and creative sourcing strategies.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and project leaders to understand evolving requirements and deliver talent solutions that drive mission success.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience and represent LRS Federal’s brand and values at every touchpoint.
- Stay informed about labor market trends, federal contract requirements, and best practices in recruiting for technical and government roles.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5-7 years of experience recruiting technical professionals, preferably in design engineering, architecture, and construction management.
- Demonstrated nationwide recruiting experience; you know how to find and secure talent from coast to coast.
- Experience supporting federal government contracts or recruiting for federal clients highly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority requisitions in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Self-starter mentality with a passion for mission-driven work and a drive to “get the job done.”
