FIDES is seeking a Project Manager to lead the implementation of ShiftWizard and Dormakaba solutions as part of a broader replacement of Kronos Time & Attendance and Scheduling systems. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, aligning the project with business goals, and ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery. The Project Manager will oversee workforce scheduling, time/attendance, and access control system integration while leading change management and risk mitigation strategies. ~90% remote (occasional onsite as needed).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of ShiftWizard (workforce scheduling) and Dormakaba (access control/time systems) as replacements for Kronos T&A and scheduling.
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource plans across multiple system workstreams.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, HR, operations, clinical/business stakeholders, and external vendors.
- Drive integration efforts between scheduling, time/attendance, and downstream systems such as payroll, HRIS, and security/access systems.
- Partner with executive leadership and stakeholders to align project milestones with organizational priorities.
- Establish and execute change management, communication, and training strategies to support adoption.
- Identify and mitigate risks across the project lifecycle, proactively resolving issues and blockers.
- Provide regular status reporting to senior leadership, including progress, risks, and financial tracking.
- Oversee data migration, system configuration, testing (UAT), and go-live readiness.
- Ensure compliance with workforce management policies, labor regulations, and system security standards.
Qualifications:
- Direct experience leading ShiftWizard and/or Dormakaba implementations REQUIRED.
- 8–12+ years of experience managing enterprise software or workforce management system implementations.
- Proven experience replacing or implementing Kronos/UKG (or similar T&A/scheduling systems).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Experience managing vendor relationships and system integrators.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in healthcare or large enterprise environments with complex scheduling needs.
- Familiarity with workforce scheduling optimization and staffing models.
- Knowledge of integrations with HRIS, payroll, and identity/access management systems.
- Experience with large-scale system replacements or transformations (legacy to modern platforms).
