Accountabilities
- Manage and ensure successful delivery of 2+ Workday projects simultaneously.
- Authorize and oversee project charters and governance structures.
- Work collaboratively with client stakeholders to meet milestone deliverables.
- Identify and resolve project issues affecting scope and timelines.
- Deliver presentations to executive and project teams.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior project managers.
- Champion best practices and ensure compliance with project methodologies.
- Foster client satisfaction and maintain ongoing relationships.
- Develop business proposals and scopes of work when needed.
Requirements
- Current Workday Partner certification required.
- 3+ years of project management experience with Workday implementations.
- Experience with consulting, either internally or externally.
- Proficient with Workday, Oracle, SAP, or PeopleSoft systems.
- Knowledgeable in Human Resources, Payroll, or Financial business areas.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Passionate about customer service and client satisfaction.
- Experience in business development and service sales preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% for project needs.
