Overview
Cobalt is building a national leader in essential building services—from commercial doors to advanced security systems. As we scale, we’re looking for a Senior Sales Recruiter to join our People team and play a critical role in building our go-to-market and leadership talent pipeline.
This is a high-impact, full-desk recruiting role where you’ll go beyond transactional hiring. You’ll partner directly with executives, shape hiring strategies, and help define how we attract and secure top-tier talent across our organization and partner companies.
Responsibilities
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process for GTM and sales leadership roles
- Partner with hiring managers and executives to define hiring needs and ideal candidate profiles
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to engage passive talent
- Manage multiple executive-level searches simultaneously
- Lead candidate vetting, interview coordination, and offer negotiations
- Provide market insights to influence hiring strategies
- Continuously improve recruiting processes and candidate experience
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders across multiple business units
RequirementsMust Have:
- 2+ years of executive recruiting experience (GTM or sales leadership focus)
- Proven ability to collaborate with and influence senior leaders
- Strong understanding of executive search methodology (sourcing, vetting, closing)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, resourceful, and hands-on approach to problem-solving
