This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Program Manager - REMOTE. In this role, you will drive the delivery of software and services to insurance customers, playing a critical part in the successful implementation of new applications and systems. Your leadership will be essential as you manage multiple complex projects, ensuring alignment with business and customer objectives. This position requires strong planning and coordination skills to oversee project execution and maintain clear communication with stakeholders. Accountabilities

  • Develop detailed project plans.
  • Construct Work Breakdown Structures.
  • Report status of plans and track change controls, risks, and issues.
  • Maintain and monitor project plan execution.
  • Provide input on financial and resourcing aspects of the plan.

Requirements

  • 8 years of experience in project management.
  • Multi-project or workstream experience greater than 10,000 hours.
  • Experience with custom/complex integrations and conversions over 18+ months.
  • Team leadership experience with average team size of 20+ people.
  • 5 years of insurance experience required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
  • PMP certification preferred.
