Job Details:
The (REMOTE) Senior HRIS Analyst is a Workday expert that helps improve the technology products and services the Human Capital team delivers to employees. This person will be a key driver of how our organization leverages Workday to support critical payroll operations, employee time tracking, and absence management. The Senior HRIS Analyst will partner closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT to deliver scalable, compliant, and user-friendly solutions.
Essential Responsibilities
Act as the subject matter expert for Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking.
Support payroll audits, workforce analytics, and compliance reporting.
Configure and enhance earnings, deductions, accruals, absence plans, and time tracking rules.
Lead system enhancements that improve accuracy, efficiency, and user experience.
Support payroll processing cycles and ensure data accuracy.
Support internal and external audits.
Participate in Workday releases (testing, impact analysis, deployment).
Support system upgrades, implementations, and enhancements
Coordinate testing efforts including UAT
Troubleshoot and resolve problems with integrations, bp’s, security, reports, and other configurations.
Support day-to-day, BAU, activities.
Partner and collaborate with people across many departments (e.g. IT, Analytics, Finance) on projects large and small.
Use consultative skills to turn problems into solutions.
Share knowledge about HR and HR technology and Workday in particular.
Complete all required training modules and certifications prior to the due date.
Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed to ensure a safe work environment for all.
Communicate professionally with all internal and external contacts.
Follow all Company policies and execute Company standards on appearance and functionality as well as appropriate brand representation.
Communicate any concerns or issues to leadership to ensure proper efficiency of department and company operations.
Non-Essential Responsibilities
Execute Company initiatives and other activities requested by supervisor.
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
Contribute ideas on ways to optimize or improve the team, the department, and the Company.
Education
High School diploma or equivalent
Bachelor's Degree in Business, related field, and/or equivalent experience preferred
Professional Experience
6+ Years Prior HR Technology experience
5+ Years Workday experience including knowledge of Workday configuration, development, calculation fields, advanced reporting, security, and business processes
Specialty in the Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, and Reporting modules
Skills List
Ability to effectively present technical and functional information in a manner that is understandable to all levels of the organization.
Effective at gathering and documenting the “real” requirements and turning requirements into solutions.
Able to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Capable of managing projects: new features/functions, upgrades, implementations.
Skilled at building and executing test plans and test scenarios for new configs and upgrades.
Competencies & Knowledge
Knowledge of multi-state payroll regulations required
Knowledge of Workday integration
Workday certifications (Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking) preferred

Compensation:
Competitive salary range of $145,000 - $155,000 * depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities may be available and awarded at the discretion of the Company.*Pay amount does not guarantee employment for any particular time.
