The Role
Our Key Art/Print team is seeking an experienced Senior Art Director to help concept and create premium entertainment campaigns across film, television, streaming, and beyond. With a strong understanding of visual storytelling, entertainment marketing, and design craft, you will develop original creative concepts, help guide projects from exploration through campaign development, and consistently push the work to a high creative standard.
The ideal candidate brings a proven track record creating key art with a portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking, composition, typography, image-making, and visual storytelling. You are equally comfortable developing ideas yourself, collaborating with designers and fellow creatives, taking creative direction, and helping turn a great idea into exceptional work.
This is a hands-on creative role. You will concept and design across multiple projects while partnering closely with creative leadership, designers, production and account teams. Responsibilities include developing original key art campaign concepts, executing high-level comps, providing thoughtful creative direction and feedback, and helping carry selected ideas through revisions and campaign development. Because this role is heavily focused on Key Art, a sophisticated understanding of Photoshop, composition, photography, typography, retouching, and entertainment campaign conventions is essential.
Here’s What You’ll Do
Concept & Creative Execution

Develop original Key Art concepts and campaign ideas from creative brief through presentation-ready execution.

Create sophisticated, high-level comps that demonstrate strong conceptual thinking, composition, and typography.

Carry selected concepts through revisions, adaptations, and campaign development while protecting the integrity of the original idea.

Maintain an exceptionally high bar for creative quality, craft, and attention to detail.
Art Direction & Campaign Development

Partner with creative leadership to evaluate work, identify the strongest creative directions, and push concepts further.

Help shape photography, retouching, typography, finishing, and other visual elements needed to bring campaign ideas to life.

Present and articulate creative thinking clearly to internal teams and, when appropriate, clients.

Understand client feedback and translate it into thoughtful creative solutions without losing sight of the larger campaign idea.
Team Leadership & Collaboration]

Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Designers, Account teams, and production partners throughout the creative process.

Contribute to a creative culture built around curiosity, collaboration, high standards, and a shared investment in making great work.

Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining consistency and craft across assignments.

Stay current on entertainment, design, photography, visual culture, and emerging creative tools and techniques.
Here’s What It Takes

7+ years of experience in Art Direction, Design within an entertainment creative agency environment.

Significant experience developing Key Art for film, television, streaming, and entertainment brands.

A portfolio demonstrating exceptional conceptual thinking, visual storytelling, typography, composition, and image-making.

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and a strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.

Deep understanding of the Key Art development process, from initial exploration and comping through revisions and campaign development.

Ability to develop and execute ideas independently while also taking direction and collaborating closely with creative leadership.

Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate creative rationale.

Ability to manage multiple projects, shifting priorities, and fast-moving deadlines without sacrificing creative quality.
