Education: Bachelor's degree with 4 years of experience in the specialty or 12 years equivalent experience with 6 years of specialty.
Citizenship & Clearance Requirements: Applicant must be a U.S. citizen and hold an active Secret clearance

Scope: The candidate will support a broad range of full life cycle management within the Inter/Intra Agency Agreement (IAA) arena and assist in the preparation, execution, and management of the full life cycle of Interagency Reimbursable Work Agreements (IRWA’s) and Assisted Acquisitions, including documentation requirements, UDO management, and performance & receipting requirements.
The candidate will use a combination of, but not limited to the USCG Financial Systems Modernization Solution (FSMS) System, General Ledger (GL), Acquisitions Performance Management System (APMS), and U. S. Treasury’s G-Invoicing system as well as being familiar with Intragovernmental (IGT) Buy/Sell transactions, appropriations law and various federal authorities governing IAA transactions, and current Department of Homeland Security (DHS)/USCG policy and procedures governing IAA transactions.
