About the Role

Arch Systems is seeking a highly execution-oriented Revenue Operations Manager to own and operate the core systems, processes, and data that power our revenue engine. This is not a traditional RevOps role — we are looking for an operator who ensures the system actually runs, not just someone who designs it.

You will sit at the center of our commercial organization, ensuring alignment across sales, marketing, partnerships, and leadership through clean systems, accurate data, and consistent execution. This role is foundational to how Arch scales, acting as the heartbeat of the revenue organization.

What You Will Own & Drive

  • Own and operate the commercial system of record (HubSpot), including pipelines, workflows, automation, and data structure
  • Enforce pipeline discipline, ensuring accurate deal stages, forecasting inputs, and data integrity across all opportunities
  • Run the operating rhythm for the revenue organization, including pipeline reviews, forecasting cycles, and reporting cadences
  • Build and maintain reliable dashboards and reporting to provide clear visibility into pipeline health, conversion, and revenue performance
  • Ensure alignment and clean data flow across sales, marketing, partnerships, customer success, and leadership
  • Own and optimize the GTM tech stack, ensuring tools are properly configured, integrated, and adopted
  • Implement, reinforce, and improve scalable processes across the commercial organization
  • Identify gaps in execution and drive pragmatic process improvements in a fast-moving environment
  • Partner closely with leadership to evolve systems and processes as the company grows
  • Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to improve workflows, reporting, and operational efficiency
  • Support and interact with centralized data systems and repositories to maintain reporting accuracy and scalability

What You Bring to The Table

  • 3–7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar roles
  • Strong hands-on experience administering CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
  • Experience supporting enterprise or complex B2B sales environments, ideally in SaaS, industrial tech, or similar industries
  • Proven ability to maintain data integrity and enforce process discipline across teams
  • Experience owning pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting processes
  • Experience building or improving RevOps processes in early-stage or scaling companies
  • Familiarity with GTM tooling (CRM, enrichment tools, sequencing platforms)
  • Ability to configure workflows, automation, and reporting within CRM systems
  • Comfort using AI tools to support workflows, reporting, and data updates
  • Exposure to GitHub or similar systems and ability to navigate data artifacts
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally

What Makes You Stand Out

  • Demonstrated success improving pipeline visibility and forecasting accuracy
  • Experience enforcing operational discipline across commercial teams
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous, evolving environments and building structure where it does not yet exist
  • Strong systems thinking with the ability to identify and resolve breakdowns across tools and processes
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to automate workflows or enhance reporting
  • Experience working in high-growth or early-stage environments
