This role plays a crucial part in bridging the gap between brand aspirations and financial management, offering insights that drive marketing efficiency. The manager will oversee a significant budget ($100m) and partner with both Marketing and Finance teams to make informed investment decisions. By ensuring that marketing strategies align with financial goals, this position empowers innovative campaigns and brand growth. Accountabilities

  • Develop and own financial forecasts and monthly reporting.
  • Provide variance analysis and clear insights to senior management.
  • Drive cost efficiency through optimizing spend across channels.
  • Review agency contracts, media plans, and marketing invoices.
  • Establish tracking mechanisms to analyze effectiveness of media and brand campaigns.
  • Partner with marketing teams for financial modeling of key brand launches.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on assumptions.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or marketing finance.
  • Strong financial and analytical acumen.
  • Proficient in relevant software including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to translate marketing performance into financial insights.
  • Proven experience collaborating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong communication skills for influencing non-financial stakeholders.
