- Assist in preparing sales presentations and maintaining client records.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional service via phone and email.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and project completion.
- Track sales metrics and generate reports for management review.
- Maintain an organized digital filing system for easy access to important documents.
- Support marketing initiatives and help manage social media outreach.
- Proven experience in administrative support and sales coordination.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Customer service-focused attitude with a passion for helping others.
- High school diploma required; additional qualifications in sales or administration preferred.
