- 2-4 years of recruiting or talent coordination experience, ideally in a high-volume or operational environment (transportation, logistics, retail, hospitality, or similar)
- Proven ability to manage a large requisition load without sacrificing quality or candidate experience
- Experience sourcing passive candidates through sourcing tools such as Indeed and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong organizational skills and comfort working in an ATS; iCIMS experience preferred
- Clear, timely communicator — with candidates, hiring managers, and your team
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where priorities shift and urgency is the norm
- A bias toward action and a "whatever it takes" approach to filling open seats
- Experience hiring for DOT-regulated or safety-sensitive roles preferred
- Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions
