Payrate: $60.00 - $65.00/hr.
Responsibilities:
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $60.00 - $65.00 /hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, health savings accounts with qualified medical plan enrollment, 10 paid days off, 3 days paid bereavement leave, 401(k) plan participation with employer match, life and disability insurance, commuter benefits, dependent care flexible spending account, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, accommodations and reimbursement for work travel, and discretionary performance or recognition bonus. Responsibilities:
- Project Manager supporting the Knowledge Suite and Knowledge Suite Live content and training.
- Responsible for performing forensic analysis of existing Knowledge Suite builds, and identifying discrepancies between course entitlement records, SOWs, and delivery systems.
- Review suite and course status using internal systems, including SharePoint, the Knowledge Suite course workbook, and license/SOW tracking tools across enterprise accounts.
- Investigate active, pending, and gap-status courses within Knowledge Suite and our Knowledge Stacks and coordinate appropriate follow-up actions, including escalation of unattributed or unresolved content and repricing when licensing status changes.
- Develop, improve, and maintain Knowledge Suite tracking processes and reporting structures, including Knowledge Stack sub-suite architecture, Credly badging status, and Q3/Q4 release pipelines.
- Drive organization, documentation, and process consistency across multiple concurrent Knowledge Suite & Knowledge Suite live initiatives (e.g., Microsoft AI Engineering, Cognizant AI Leadership and Management, HCLTech AI Leadership and Management).
- Partner cross-functionally with teams including content/course intake, sales enablement, account teams, Solutioning, and delivery to keep suite composition, pricing, and entitlement status aligned.
- Support project visibility, status tracking, and process governance across Knowledge Suite Live cohort launches and partner-facing GTM materials.
