A Project Manager with healthcare experience is needed to lead client implementation projects within a healthcare data integration environment. This individual will be responsible for driving projects from planning through completion, working directly with clients and internal technical teams to ensure deliverables are completed on time, and project objectives are met. This is a client-facing role requiring someone who can independently drive projects, proactively address challenges, and build trust with both clients and technical teams. The ideal candidate is more than a project organizer—they are someone who can take ownership of a project and move it forward.

Job Description:
Theoris Services is assisting our client in their search for a Project Manager to add to their growing team. A Project Manager with healthcare experience is needed to lead client implementation projects within a healthcare data integration environment. This individual will be responsible for driving projects from planning through completion, working directly with clients and internal technical teams to ensure deliverables are completed on time, and project objectives are met. This is a client-facing role requiring someone who can independently drive projects, proactively address challenges, and build trust with both clients and technical teams. The ideal candidate is more than a project organizer—they are someone who can take ownership of a project and move it forward.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple healthcare implementation and data integration projects from initiation through completion.
- Work directly with clients to establish project expectations, timelines, deliverables, and responsibilities.
- Serve as the primary project contact and confidently represent the organization in client meetings.
- Facilitate weekly project calls with clients and internal teams.
- Coordinate project activities across internal integration/data teams and client resources.
- Track project deliverables, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Troubleshoot project challenges and work with technical teams and clients to identify solutions.
- Manage multiple concurrent implementations, typically 4–8 client projects at various stages.
- Use established project planning templates and processes to effectively manage implementations.
- Support client onboarding and implementation activities related to healthcare data and interface setup.
- Help resolve data-related challenges, such as clients being unable to provide data in the required format.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of professional Project Management experience.
- Experience managing client-facing projects and working directly with external clients.
- Healthcare industry experience.
- Demonstrated ability to drive projects
- JIRA Proficiency
- Strong communication and relationship-management skills.
- Experience leading project meetings/calls and managing project deliverables.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams.
Desired:
- Experience managing healthcare data integration projects.
- Understanding of HL7 and healthcare interfaces.
