Business Development & Sales Mentorship Includes:

• One-on-one coaching with an assigned team leader, learning the ins and outs of a rapidly growing industry
• Multiple team-building destination trips designed to foster both personal and team growth
• Relationship-building opportunities with top industry leaders in the area

Required Qualities:

• Prior Project Manager is preferred but relevant type experience is potentially accepted as well
• Coachable, with an unwillingness to settle for mediocrity
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Organized and task-oriented
• Honest, with a high level of integrity
• A problem-solver, not a problem starter
• Personable and comfortable initiating conversations with new people
• A team player with a strong work ethic
• Ability to cultivate a positive team culture both in and out of the office

What We Offer:

• Flexible schedule
• Day / Project based pay rate where most will earn at least: $50,000 – $70,000 annually
• Entrepreneurial mentorship

Job Details:

• Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
• Pay: $50,000.00 – $70,000 per year for most based on the number of projects the PM wants to take on.

• Monday to Saturday
• Weekend availability

Requirements: (All are required for this position)

• Valid and current Driver’s License
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have a cell phone with internet access and camera
• Must be able to problem-solve
• Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be the first to the jobsite and the last to leave
• Must be confident in climbing ladders
• Will need to be able to walk on roofs
