Pay Range: $30/hr - $33/hour.  Traveler benefits as per agency package. (Benefits vary by vendor and assignment).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate day-to-day activities across labeling, compliance, rebranding, and related project workstreams.
  • Provide project coordination and administrative support to the Regulatory Science and Communications team.
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, action items, dependencies, and outstanding activities.
  • Maintain accurate project trackers, status reports, documentation, and supporting records.
  • Coordinate meetings with cross-functional stakeholders, including scheduling, agendas, meeting materials, notes, and follow-up actions.
  • Monitor assigned tasks and deadlines and proactively follow up with stakeholders on outstanding items.
  • Support labeling-related activities and compliance rebranding efforts following the MiniMed separation.
  • Organize and maintain documentation associated with labeling and compliance initiatives.
  • Assist with coordinating information and deliverables across multiple teams.
  • Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, reports, meeting materials, and project updates using Microsoft Office.
  • Support Agile project-management activities, including task tracking, prioritization, follow-up, and status reporting.
  • Help identify potential timeline issues, missing information, dependencies, and other project coordination concerns.
  • Ensure project information is organized, accurate, current, and easily accessible.
  • Work effectively with team members and stakeholders in a fully remote environment.
  • Manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Perform additional project coordination and operational support activities as needed.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

  • 4+ years of relevant professional experience in project coordination, project administration, program coordination, operations, business support, or a related area.
  • Broad practical knowledge of operational systems, processes, and business practices.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating multiple projects, activities, deadlines, and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly:
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Microsoft Word
  • Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Microsoft Outlook
  • Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and project coordination practices.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
  • Experience supporting regulatory or compliance-related projects.
  • Experience with product labeling or labeling operations.
  • Experience in a medical device, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or life sciences organization.
  • Experience supporting labeling changes, compliance documentation, or rebranding initiatives.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional activities involving Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Compliance, Operations, or Communications teams.
  • Familiarity with Agile project-management tools and workflows.
  • Experience supporting organizational separation, product transition, or change-management initiatives.
