HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DO
Duties:
- The BPA Coordinator is responsible for the end-to-end management of BPA requests, ensuring timely delivery, accuracy, and seamless
- communication across internal teams and client stakeholders. This role drives workflow efficiency, maintains reporting integrity, and supports both internal operations and client-facing initiatives to achieve production and revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
Meetings & Client Engagement
- Lead the coordination and execution of internal BPA review meetings with Account Representatives
- Orchestrate analyst preparation and participation in client presentations
- Facilitate and deliver client-facing presentations of BPA results to stakeholders and executive-level audiences
- Communicate with executive presence, effectively addressing complex questions and influencing decision-making
- Integrate subject matter experts seamlessly into presentations to support technical discussions
- Adapt presentation strategy in real time through strong listening and situational awareness to achieve optimal outcomes
- Clearly align client improvement opportunities with company solutions in a constructive, value-driven manner ••
Workflow Management & Coordination
- Manage the intake, review, and assignment of BPA requests to appropriate team members
- Monitor workflow progress and maintain the BPA Completion Report to ensure timely delivery
- Reconcile backlog and daily activity reports to align with production targets
- Serve as the primary liaison between BPA requesters, Account Representatives, and analysts
Quality Assurance & Distribution
- Audit completed BPAs for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established standards
- Ensure timely and accurate distribution of finalized BPAs to internal stakeholders
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date BPA activity records within Salesforce
- Track, analyze, and report weekly production metrics, including completions, internal reviews, and client presentations
Prospecting & Follow-Up
- Identify, prioritize, and assign BPA opportunities to support prospecting initiatives
- Ensure consistent and timely follow-up on all prospecting and Account Representative–driven requests
Performance & Results
- Align daily BPA production and presentation activity with monthly targets supporting a (USD)6,000,000 annual new revenue goal
- Monitor performance against production and revenue objectives, ensuring accountability and continuous progress
- Drive timely follow-up and completion of all assigned BPA opportunities to maximize conversion and client impact .
Skills:
Required Job Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in one or more dealership operational areas, including a minimum of 2 years at a management level (Sales/F&I, Accounting, Parts, or Service).
- Strong understanding of dealership workflows, controls, and performance metrics.
- Proven experience in process improvement, operational leadership, or consulting.
- Strong analytical, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with Client's applications relevant to area of practice.
- Ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
- Valid Passport for North American, Canada and Caribbean travel
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Prior consulting or performance improvement experience.
- Experience across multiple dealership departments.
- Familiarity with OEM programs, warranty processes, and compliance frameworks.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Accounting, Operations, or Automotive Management.
- Experience with automation, digital workflows, or operational analytics.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office products.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
