We are seeking an independent Product Recruiter to execute an end-to-end recruitment strategy for a specific surge in our Product roadmap. This is a business-to-business engagement aimed at leveraging external expertise to maintain our high-velocity hiring standards (40-75 day Time-to-Fill) during a critical period of growth.

Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition, this role will give you an opportunity to utilize your hands-on experience as a Recruiter and showcase your effective interpersonal and assessment skills. You will also have an opportunity to apply your unique and successful recruiting skills, while ensuring every candidate has a great experience.
What you’ll do
As an independent consultant, you will be responsible for the delivery of the following outcomes:

Strategic Full-Cycle Execution: Own the delivery of qualified talent for specialized "Zero to One" Senior PM and Ecommerce PM roles and Business roles as needed.

Process Management: Independently manage the candidate lifecycle from initial outreach to final negotiation, ensuring all milestones are met within the project timeline.

Tech Stack Integration: Utilize your existing expertise in ATS, AI-Sourcing, and CRM experience to provide data-driven insights and ensure all project documentation is maintained within our systems.

Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for external talent, providing high-touch engagement and maintaining "warm" pipelines for specialized roles.
What you’ll need

Established Expertise: 3–5 years of specialized experience in full-cycle technical/product recruitment as an independent consultant or agency partner.

Recruitment Software Proficiency: Experience using ATS, AI-Sourcing software, and tracking metrics

Business Independence: This role is intended for a contractor who operates their own business entity, maintains their own equipment/home office, and has the capacity to manage project deliverables with minimal supervision.

Results-Orientation: Demonstrated ability to meet strict SLAs (Time-to-Fill and Quality-of-Hire) in a fast-paced environment.
