A DAY IN THE LIFE

Responsible for the accurate payroll input of timekeeping and employee data in a multi-state environment. The Payroll Associate coordinates work processes that require a knowledge of payroll processes. Exercises independent judgment, as well as discretion and tact, in the processing of documents and information of a confidential or sensitive nature. 

STEP INTO THE ROLE

  • Assists with time entry for employees.
  •   Inputs holiday pay for field workers.
  • Verifies employment.
  • Provides Customer service assistance.
  •   Manage checks for mailing, including stuffing and sorting.
  • Investigates discrepancies and follows up on missing forms (i.e., separation forms) from job sites.
  • Coordinates with field on missing and late time entry.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • High school diploma.
  • Minimum of 2 year of office applicable experience.

$22.64 - $31.14 Individual Compensation to be determined based on the applicant's applicable experience and qualifications balanced against internal equity.
