Description

Patient Care Coordinator- Cancer Research at Providence Portland Medical Center- Part-Time (20 hours per week), Day Schedule 

This position supports the Providence Cancer Institute's research nurses in the coordination of care for patients interested in and/or enrolled on clinical trials.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree Or equivalent educ/experience
  • H.S. diploma plus 4 years of research, healthcare, and/or other relevant experience
  • Associate's degree plus 2 years of research, healthcare, and/or other relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 years of Healthcare setting experience or relevant administrative experience.
  • 1 year of Clinical Research experience.
  • 6 months of patient scheduling experience.
  • 6 months of experience with medical and/or health plan terminology.
