We’re Hiring: Part-Time IT Support Specialist
Volta | Remote (U.S. Preferred)
Volta is looking for a part-time IT Support Specialist to support our growing team across operations, leadership, and field personnel.
We’re seeking someone proactive, responsive, and solutions-oriented who can help keep our systems secure, efficient, and running smoothly as we continue to scale.
What You’ll Help With:
• Microsoft 365 administration (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
• Email security, spam/phishing prevention, and domain authentication (Mimecast, SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
• User onboarding/offboarding, permissions, and device setup
• Troubleshooting hardware/software issues for internal team members and contractors
• Managing IT vendors and recommending infrastructure/security improvements
• Supporting password management, access controls, and cybersecurity best practices
• General tech support and ongoing systems maintenance
What We’re Looking For:
Experience supporting Microsoft-based business environments
Strong understanding of email security and cybersecurity fundamentals
Ability to troubleshoot independently and communicate clearly with non-technical teams
Experience with growing businesses or distributed teams is a plus
Responsive, organized, and solution-driven mindset
