Accountabilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to the VP of Marketing.
- Manage meeting logistics, agendas, and follow-ups for various meetings.
- Support the execution of marketing initiatives and key deliverables.
- Assist with brand budget tracking and invoice processing.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for marketing programs.
- Help maintain organized marketing assets and files.
- Act as a resource across marketing projects as priorities evolve.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in administrative support or marketing coordination.
- Demonstrated experience supporting senior leaders.
