What you’ll do
- Lead D2C campaigns (reduce CAC, not just increase spend)
- Run Google Ads hands-on (daily optimizations)
- Own website content + SEO improvements
- Write high-quality content (minimal edits needed)
- Manage vendors (PR, design, web agencies)
- Execute press releases, newsletters, conferences
- Track CAC, CPL, revenue from marketing
Must-haves
- 5+ years total experience; 2+ in marketing
- Hands-on Google Ads experience (required)
- Strong writing skills (clear, publish-ready)
- Email automation experience
- Vendor management experience
- Uses AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) in workflows
Nice to have
- Healthcare, pharma, or health-related experience
- Startup or early-stage company experience
- MBA
