Managed IT Services Technician – Green Bay, WI

Technology Architects is looking for a skilled and motivated Managed IT Services Technician to join our growing team in Green Bay, WI.

This position is ideal for an IT professional who enjoys solving technical problems, supporting business users, improving cybersecurity, and working with modern technology environments. You will provide proactive technical support and help maintain reliable, secure, and efficient IT infrastructure for our clients.

Technology Architects provides managed it services green bay businesses can rely on, including IT helpdesk support, proactive monitoring, cybersecurity management, cloud services, backup and disaster recovery, and technology consulting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote and on-site technical support to business clients.
• Troubleshoot computers, servers, networks, applications, and connectivity issues.
• Monitor client systems and proactively identify potential problems.
• Support Microsoft 365 and other business applications.
• Configure and maintain workstations, servers, network devices, and endpoints.
• Assist with cybersecurity protection and security-related issues.
• Support backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Perform software updates, patch management, and system maintenance.
• Manage and document support tickets accurately.
• Assist with cloud, network, and infrastructure projects.
• Maintain technical documentation and client records.
• Communicate clearly with clients and internal technology teams.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Experience with Microsoft 365.
• Basic understanding of networking, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple technical requests.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous MSP or managed services experience.
• Experience with RMM and professional IT ticketing platforms.
• Microsoft or CompTIA certifications.
• Experience with Azure, Intune, or Entra ID.
• Knowledge of firewalls, switches, wireless networks, and VPNs.
• Experience with backup and disaster recovery technologies.
