We’re hiring a Case Evaluation Manager to lead and elevate one of the most important teams in our firm—our Case Evaluation Team (CET). This role is responsible for managing team performance, driving key metrics, and ensuring every potential client has a fast, professional, and high-quality experience from the first interaction.


This is not a passive management role. We’re looking for someone who can own results, lead people, and bring structure to a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and coach the Case Evaluation Team to hit and exceed performance goals
  • Own and track KPIs, including sign-up rate, speed-to-lead, follow-up compliance, and activity levels
  • Build, maintain, and analyze dashboards (Salesforce/Litify) to drive data-backed decisions
  • Oversee and optimize Speed.ai and lead response systems to ensure rapid engagement
  • Run weekly EOS Level 10 (L10) meetings and maintain team accountability
  • Identify performance gaps and proactively coach team members to improve
  • Continuously improve intake processes, scripts, and client experience
  • Collaborate with leadership on growth strategy and team development

  • Data-driven thinker who knows how to use metrics to manage performance
  • Highly organized and process-oriented
  • Experience managing teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment (legal or intake experience is a plus)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to coach and develop others
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce/Litify preferred)
  • Familiarity with EOS and running L10 meetings is a plus
