Preferred qualifications
- 3-5 years of HR generalist or HR management experience
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred
- Proven ability to evaluate, implement, and manage HR technology platforms -- not just use them
- Background in a multi-service or multi-product organization where people support work across more than one business line
- Experience supporting a distributed, remote-flexible workforce within multiple states in USA and international workforce.
- Must be willing to travel within the U.S. for company meetings

Compensation range: $70,000-$85,000 annually
