The HR Project Coordinator IV enables effective delivery of HR initiatives by supporting portfolio operations, governance, and ways of working. This role manages core operating mechanisms, coordinates project intake and cross‑program activities, and provides data, reporting, and system support to Program Managers and HR leaders. The HR Project Coordinator IV serves as a connective role across HR COEs, translating information into visibility, discipline, and decision‑ready insights while continuously improving team processes and execution. This team member embraces innovation, thrives on operational excellence, attention to detail, and keeping programs moving forward through strong coordination while connecting people, data, and processes to enable strategic HR initiatives and improve how work gets done.
Key initiatives include but not limited to annual Strategy Activation for HR, Workforce Management Tools & Systems, Org Design & Talent Deployment Programs, Mergers, Acquisitions & Divestitures, Global Network Strategies, One Best Way Standardization, and HROM Continuous Improvement.
This position will report to the HR Program Director of HR Agile Services.
A Day in the Life
Own, manage, and maintain team operating mechanisms, including meeting coordination, agendas, templates, documentation, and follow up actions to support consistent ways of working across the team
Manage and maintain the HR Agile Services project intake process, including intake tracking, prioritization support, and intake governance coordination
Monitors program/project status, budgets and timelines
Provides technical support, which may include program/system training, program/system documentation, data extraction, data review, tracking, and reporting
Support program milestones and execution including traveling to support on-site initiatives
Support HR Agile Services high-performing teams strategy and skills development
Create executive presentations and summaries, develop communications and other materials
Must Have: Minimum Requirements

Proven track record of strong performance as an HR, COE or Shared Services Partner - demonstrated effectiveness across all our Medtronic HR competencies
High level of confidence & effectiveness in verbal and written communication skills to interact with leaders & functional SMEs at all levels, offering sound advice and consulting pertaining to talent, culture & organizational strategies, programs, and policies clearly
Strong ability to organize and prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
Demonstration of agile mindset and commitment to agile methodology: customer centric approach, iterative development, project execution, continuous improvement and change management service delivery
Familiarity with HR software, systems and tools for managing HR processes efficiently. To include, MS Office, PowerBI, Kronos, Workday etc.
For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
