Provide support for all HR functions across the Inspire Brands Operations and Support Centers. Ensure compliance throughout all Inspire Brands affiliates and protect the company with consistency, adherence to regulations and laws. This position will also be responsible for defined processes within Talent Management and various administrative tasks as assigned. The People Link Specialist will develop a working knowledge of Background Checks, the I-9 process, and data integrity.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide general Human Resources support to team members and field managers by applying basic knowledge of HR concepts and procedures via multiple contact formats. Answer incoming calls and respond to incoming written inquiries to provide general HR support to all team members on all HR related systems and processes and procedures including:
Prioritize and support administrative work for various Human Resources departments
Maintain enterprise Employee Case Management System, which includes:
Respond to/Provide administrative HR support for incoming employment-related subpoenas & security clearance responses
Manage compliance for terminated team member files and manage active manager files
Respond to Unemployment claims, appeals and hearings
Act as a back-up for the onboarding process in the Support Centers
Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks as necessary and participate with special projects, as needed
