Job Overview:
We are seeking a People Operations Contractor to support day-to-day employee lifecycle operations, Workday transactions, compliance activities, and recurring audits. This role will help ensure employee data and processes are completed accurately, timely, and in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process employee lifecycle transactions and complex job, compensation, location, and termination changes in Workday.
- Support I-9 administration, including scheduling, verification, reverification, and recurring audits.
- Support separation-related processes and documentation across the US, Canada, and LATAM.
- Support sign-on, retention, and repayment-related processes and documentation.
- Conduct recurring employee data, location, equity, and compliance audits and resolve discrepancies.
- Provide operational support for select regional processes, including Brazil-specific employee administration.
- Perform other People Operations responsibilities as assigned based on business needs.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in People Operations or a similar role.
- Workday experience required.
- Experience with I-9 verifications preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume, recurring processes.
- Experience with HR compliance, audits, and employee data management preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential employee information appropriately.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
