Job Summary:
The Global Vice President Marketing, Fertility, is a senior enterprise leadership role responsible for global marketing and Product Management for CooperSurgical Fertility Solutions. This position owns the end‑to‑end product and portfolio strategy, leading both upstream and downstream marketing across a complex global portfolio serving B2B and B2C customer segments, including clinics, labs, distributors, and patient‑facing demand creation.
This role has direct leadership responsibility for a global team of Product Managers and marketing leaders, with accountability for portfolio prioritization, lifecycle management, commercialization, and P&L impact. The Global VP partners closely with R&D, Medical Affairs, Sales, Commercial Operations, and regional leaders, with clearly defined decision rights to translate market insights into differentiated strategies, profitable growth, and sustained brand leadership.

For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting base pay for this role is between $280,000 - $320,000. The actual base pay includes many factors, and is subject to change and modification in the future. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation and benefits.
