Job Description:
Our client is seeking a hands-on Growth Marketing Consultant to guide where their clients should invest time and budget, then execute on that strategy. This consultant will establish performance goals, manage paid campaigns across major platforms, and report on results. The ideal candidate brings a consultative mindset, deep platform expertise, and experience marketing to education-focused audiences.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Assess client marketing efforts and recommend where to allocate time and spend
• Establish performance and growth goals for client accounts
• Build, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance
• Advise on platform and tool capabilities and limitations to set realistic strategic direction

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience marketing to education/EDU audiences
• Proven performance/growth marketing experience, including setting performance goals
• Hands-on strategist who can both plan and execute
• Extensive experience managing paid campaigns on Google and Meta
• Strong performance reporting and analytics skills
• Understanding of marketing technology and tool limitations
• Consultative, client-facing mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

• LinkedIn Ads experience
• Agency experience
