The Role: Executive Recruiter (Temporary)
Location: NYC, NY (Remote)
Compensation: $60–$70/hour DOE

We’re looking for an experienced Executive Recruiter to provide temporary recruiting support across high-level searches for an incredible boutique firm. This role will partner closely with hiring leaders and internal stakeholders to identify, engage, and guide exceptional executive-level talent through the interview process.

Day-to-Day:

• Manage executive searches from candidate sourcing through the offer stage
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies for senior and executive-level talent
• Identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels
• Conduct thoughtful screening and qualification calls
• Present qualified candidates to hiring leaders with clear, detailed summaries
• Coordinate closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders throughout each search
• Manage candidate communication and provide a high-touch candidate experience
• Prepare candidates for interviews and gather feedback following each stage
• Maintain accurate candidate records, pipeline activity, and recruiting updates
• Support offer management, references, and closing conversations
• Balance multiple executive searches while maintaining strong attention to detail and follow-through

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience recruiting for executive and senior-level positions
• Strong candidate sourcing, assessment, and relationship-building skills
• Experience managing searches from sourcing through offer
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to build credibility with executives, hiring leaders, and candidates
• Highly organized, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple searches remotely
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems
