Electrical Service Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative

The ideal candidate must have ServiceTitan experience, residential electrical/home-service experience, strong technology skills, and a basic understanding of electrical permits and inspections.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer customer calls, emails, and service inquiries professionally.
- Schedule and dispatch electricians using ServiceTitan.
- Manage and adjust technician schedules throughout the day.
- Coordinate emergency, same-day, and future service calls.
- Communicate job details, customer needs, materials, permits, and scheduling information to technicians.
- Monitor technician locations, availability, job progress, and schedule changes.
- Coordinate electrical permits, inspections, failed inspections, and return visits.
- Maintain accurate customer and job information in ServiceTitan.
- Assist with estimates, invoices, deposits, payments, and other administrative tasks.
- Handle customer concerns and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with technicians and management to maximize efficiency and customer service.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- ServiceTitan experience — REQUIRED
- Residential electrical or home-services experience — REQUIRED
- 2+ years of dispatching, scheduling, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong understanding of how residential electrical service companies operate.
- Basic understanding of electrical permits and inspections.
- Strong computer and technology skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organization, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple technicians and appointments.
- Ability to communicate effectively with electricians, customers, and management.

- Has hands-on ServiceTitan experience.
- Has worked in the residential electrical industry.
- Understands the basic workflow of electrical home-service calls.
- Can communicate confidently with electricians and customers.
- Understands electrical permits and inspection processes.
- Is comfortable with technology and learns new systems quickly.
- Can make quick, effective scheduling and dispatching decisions.
- Is professional, organized, dependable, and customer-focused.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

- Residential Electrical / Home Services: Required
- Dispatching/Scheduling: 2 years preferred.
